In October 2019, Evo Morales is running for presidency of his country for the 4th time. Despite the fact that he lost the constitutional referendum that would allow him to be eligible for the presidency again, in 2016...
As a matter of fact, a decision of the Bolivian Supreme Tribunal of Justice overrides this referendum.
The head of State of Amerindian origin who came to power in Bolivia in 2006 is an intriguing character.
