In the ring, Céline discovers a new side of herself. She feels so empowered that she starts to consider wrestling as a way of supporting her family while her husband hovers between life and death.

But presently, she finds herself attracted to her coach Michel. Selma joins the "National Party", but is too embarrassed to tell her friends. Their former colleague Agathe has found a man she can trust and plans to bring her daughter over from Mali. Meanwhile, Nathalie yields to Bernard's advances, and accepts money from him in exchange for secret rendez-vous. All this takes place in the run-up to the local elections: the wrestling tournament has become the backdrop for a political contest.
