Thanks to the theater of Dionysus and the Doric columns of the Parthenon, the waves of Attica and the olive trees of Mouson Hill, Athens takes its visitors back 2000 years. 

The choreographer Isadora Duncan elevates these ancient vestiges through contemporary dance. She deciphered the movements hidden in the statues’ frozen postures and thus revolutionized the codes of choreography.
