Saint-Charles is a "new town" on the outermost fringe of the Paris suburbs, where the forest is receding as more and more new residential blocks spring up. When the last surviving local industry – the lingerie factory – shuts down, its skilled female workers refuse to knuckle under.

The small town’s workers unite: led by Nathalie, who used to fantasize about designing her own lingerie collection, and Selma, who has just found out she is pregnant with her third child, they decide to organize an amateur wrestling tournament and make money by taking bets.
Supported by their loyal friend Céline, they intend to fight with all their might to keep their dignity.
 

In 1981, it was still illegal to be homosexual in France. Today, same-sex marriage is recognized and it paved the way for adoption. PROUD tells the story of Charles, Victor and Diego, three generations of the same family who emerge as symbol of their time.

David and Deborah Pennac cultivate the image of a perfect couple, hoping to fool those around them.

In reality, David, a love coach, lives in fear of losing everything he’s got, especially his wife, whom we suspect he manipulates. As for Deborah, she would do anything to alleviate her boredom and the pain of her inability to bear children, even to the extent, it would appear, of enduring her husband’s violent outbursts.
 
But appearances look set to come tumbling down when David’s brother Nicolas turns up, eight years after they have fallen out. Nicolas, who is charming but borderline, is a former junkie – good reasons to refuse to put him up, despite the fact he is in distress. His wife Marie has left him and no longer gives any sign of life. She has left him their four-year-old daughter, Emma. Moved by the little girl who rekindles her longing for a child, Deborah convinces her husband to put Nicolas up for a while, and to use the time to make peace with him.
 
Sacha Mendel, a commanding officer with the judicial police, thinks the disappearance of Marie Pennac should be a straightforward case to deal with. But he soon becomes concerned for Deborah, who is caught between two brothers with a troubled past. When Deborah disappears in turn, something tells him he doesn’t have a moment to lose.

Romance and police investigations at the heart of an animal welfare network. 

Cédric is a Police Commander of the Urban Safety Brigade. Estelle is a veterinarian and animal defense activist. After a late-night encounter they run into each other during a demonstration against factory-breeding conditions that Cédric is called to break up. What will happen when members of Estelle’s association turn to violence and she stands accused?

Imagine getting another chance after death. Loosely based on one of Jiro Taniguchi’s most renowned comic strips, “A Bright Blue Sky” recounts the wonderful story of a transfer of souls between a teenager and a middle-aged man, following a traffic accident.

We have all dreamt of being able to tell our loved ones how much we love them after their death. This is the subject of Jiro Taniguchi’s “A Bright Blue Sky” - a radiant fantasy manga of a rare generosity.
One evening, Vincent – an overworked father – hits Leo – a young motorcyclist. After his death, he is reincarnated into the latter’s body. For Vincent, this is a second chance to make things right for his family – which he often overlooked for his work.

After ten years in prison, Céline is free. Between rebirth and relapse, “The Object of Curiosity” sketches her return to daily life and the discovery of a new romance.

It is not a tale of escape but of liberation. I want to give Céline a second chance, to allow her to inhabit the film for the time and space of its duration, and to make her a soldier on the frontline - valiant, courageous, touching and resolute in her desire to live, finally. It’s rare for a director to have the chance to actually meet the character he had previously imagined. With Laura Smet, I have been given that chance. Her story connects with and adds weight to Céline’s.

Isabelle Adjani is Carole Matthieu – a workplace physician employed in a call center who has become emotionally involved in the suffering of her humiliated coworkers, exposed to both physical and emotional violence.

Powerless to stop the endless flow of employees that come to see her on a daily basis, she decides to take action one evening.

When one employee, whom she has previously saved from a suicide attempt, comes to see her, she decides to end it all…. for him. In a frantic race against time, police search for a culprit, unions dither on the stance they should take, and the management tries to keep up a front, to hold on to their market share.
Despite these obstacles, and the doubt and guilt consuming her, the slayer-cum-saviour workplace angel is determined to recount “the other story”, using notes, letters and medical records. The story of men and women, crushed under the mechanics of performance and profit.

This drama is Valeria Bruni Tedeschi’s adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s favourite play. Award for Best Drama TV 2015 at the Rendez-Vous French Cinema.

 In a small garrison town, lost in the middle of the Russian countryside, three young women, who arrived there with their late father, a former brigade commander, dream of returning to Moscow where they spent their childhood. Entertained by military visits, the sisters find a semblance of a life. Macha, who married her dull husband at too early an age, falls in love with a commander. Olga finds renewed enthusiasm for life and Irina becomes engaged to a lieutenant.
 
But it is soon time for the troops to leave, the youngest sister’s fiancé dies in a duel, and solitude once again takes over the lives of these three women, who become disillusioned recluses. The chronicle of several years of a life on the fringes of history and modernity, this four-act drama is an ironic portrayal of a youth without perspective or illusion, as though frozen in a deadly era. The strange mirror of a drifting country, Three Sisters captures the image of a society on the brink of a destiny that cannot be, and that is aware of its imminent end.
